Online Catalogs/Prices Realized:
The catalogs for our most recent auctions are available online 10 days prior to the sale. You can search each catalog by category or keyword. Prices Realized become available after 11 a.m. the Tuesday after the sale.
Conditions of Sale: We
accept several forms of payment. All sales are subject to
our Conditions of Sale.
Absentee Bids:
We accept absentee bid forms, subject to credit approval, via
our web site, fax or U.S. mail. Please contact us by telephone if you would
like to make arrangements for a phone bid for any item that has a low
estimate below $500. Please note, phone bids are accepted based on
time/date received and phone line availability.
Personal Property Services
Estate to Single Item Liquidation: Are great grandmother's chairs a sentimental heirloom or a valuable antique? We'll know the answer. And if you decide to sell, we'll find the best potential buyers and store your items in a secure place until auction.
Personal Property Appraisal Services: A professional appraisal can answer questions and alleviate problems regarding inheritance or loss of personal property. Winter Associates, Inc. provides appraisals for estate settlement, insurance, and financial planning purposes.
