auctioneer nor the consignor, is responsible for the accuracy of
any printed or verbal descriptions. All weights and measurements

Absentee bids will be executed when possible as a convenience to
customers; the auction house will not be held responsible for any
errors or failures to accurately execute bids. Bidders are
encouraged to submit bids prior to the auction.

Shipping is arranged as a courtesy and at the buyer's expense.
Winter Associates, Inc. must have received cleared funds to release
property regardless of shipping method. Shipping may take up to
4 weeks after payment is received.
