| In addition to providing on-site appraisals, Winter Associates,
Inc. offers appraisals at our gallery in Plainville by appointment. For
one item the minimum charge is $75.; for more than one item, our regular
hourly rate applies. |

of the above appraisals are performed in accordance with the National
Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP) and the
Code of Ethics as established by the American Society of Appraisers.
A written report is provided to the client. |
| Complimentary Auction Estimates |
| Winter Associates, Inc. provides verbal on-site consultations
at no charge if a substantial group of items are being considered for
consignment. We welcome photographs and descriptions of items for sale
sent by U.S. mail/email and will respond with verbal estimates. Also,
on the first Thursday of each month (with the exception of August) complimentary
auction estimates of a single item are offered at our gallery from 2:00
- 4:00 PM. |
