Continental illuminated double-sided music sheet or antiphonal (composition sung as part of liturgy) relating to St. John, green, yellow, blue, red, black, and pink temperas with gilt accents on paper, four stave bar with square musical notes and Latin text in Gothic script, front page features scarlet letter "J" and L-shaped floral and foliate border, pencil inscribed with price LL verso, two tab hinges visible at top verso, some stains, toning, paper wavering, and wrinkles, minor fading of black ink, small in-painted hole recto at bottom, framed behind glass under neon green duct tape, not examined out of frame, ss: 23 1/4" h. x 15 3/8" w.
