An 18K hallmarked Tiffany & Co. brooch with a 1 ¼" x 1" polished carnelian with an 18K hand-fabricated leaf and flower surround set with 3 ½ mm pearls in center of four flowers set at 3-6-9-12 o'clock, pin measures 1 5/8 x 1 ¼", carnelian is set with multi-prong extensions of leaves and flower petals.
