ASIAN: Seven pieces of Imari, Japanese, 19th/ 20th C., porcelain with glazed decoration, details include: square form sake bottle decorated with figures, bats, garden scene, etc., applied label verso reads "Daishoji Imari porcelain flask (tokkuri)/ from Kutani Kilns/ in gold, enamels & underglaze blue/ Japan, early 20th century, Taisho era", signed on base, 8 1/2" h.; pair of bowls with scalloped rim, unsigned, 5 3/8" diam.; pair of diamond form with in-cut corners, applied label verso reads in part "Japan, 19th C., Meiji period", 6 1/2" l.; and a pair of low bowls on foot, signed on base, 7 1/4" diam., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use including rubbing of gilt, scattered small imperfections, etc. [PROVENANCE: From the Estate of Robert Wilson of Washington D.C. who resided in Japan in the 1950's.]
