ASIAN: Three Japanese scenes, two woodblocks and one painting on silk; the first by Hokuba Teisai (1770-1844) "Beauty in Autumn" woodblock, loose in frame, waving of paper, areas of discoloration in dress, ss: 11" h. x 7 1/4" w.; along with a second woodblock print by Eishi Hosoda (1756-1829) "Enchantresses" interior scene with two women, one holding a dog, wear consistent with age, label verso, ss: 11 1/2" h. x 4 1/4" w.; and the last, color and ink on silk, after Suzuki Kiitsu (1796-1858) Japanese warrior on horseback, in a landscape with a cherry tree, inscription verso dating piece to early 20th C., wear consistent with age, ss: 8 3/4" h. x 14" w.; all three pieces framed and matted behind glass, not examined out of frame, mats with toning, foxing, one frame loose, sold as is.
