ASIAN: Two woodblock prints, by/after Katsushika Hokusai (Japanese 1760-1849), both from "Thirty-Six Views of Mount Fuji", the first "Hodoyaga on the Tokaido", unknown edition, a group of travelers make their way to a nearby village, tall trees frame Mt. Fuji in the background, attached to mat at corners, toning; along with "Sanka Hakuu" or black Fuji, unknown edition, depicts a thunderstorm beneath Fuji's summit, hinged to mat, tear in top right corner approx. 4 1/2" long, along with foxing and other imperfections; both framed and matted behind glass, ss: 14 1/2" l. x 10" h.
