Pepin Postmaster of Jewett City, Connecticut on August 6, 1957, signed by then President Eisenhower and Postmaster General Arthur E. Summerfield (American, 1899-1972), large mark LC, both framed under glass, not examined out of frame, ss: 16 1/4" w. x 13 3/8" l.; and 1952 postcard with personalized message from Eisenhower to Portland, Connecticut family encouraging them to vote in upcoming elections.
