Court transcripts and photographs. Copy of the transcripts from the Royal Courts of Justice on July 20 and July 29, 1983 (Association of Official Shorthandwriters) of the case between Kevin McClory and Ian Fleming's trustees over the legal copyrights for the filming of a re-make of Thunderball. McClory won the judgment and proceeded with the release of Never Say Never Again, the first Bond movie not produced by United Artists. Also included in the lot are photographs of McClory and Fleming at the court house in 1963 for a case in which McClory won the copyrights for Thunderball; other photographs of Fleming and McClory (framed and unframed); along with various articles, press clippings of McClory and some Thunderball items.
