American cradle and three German bisque head dolls including Heinrich Handwer, Armand Marseilles and Arthur Schoenau & Hoffmeister, details include: Heinrich Handwer doll, sleep eyes with painted and attached lashes, jointed composite body, in blue dress and stockings, damaged hands, eyes fixed shut, marked to head verso and on back, 15" h.; Armand Marseilles 390 doll, blue sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth, blue gingham dress and leather shoes, scattered small damages, 15" h.; and largest an Arthur Schoenau & Hoffmeister doll, marked "914" verso, jointed composite body with flaking, blue sleep eyes, open mouth with teeth, white dress and cap, socks and leather shoes, scattered small damages, 24" h.; and a late 18th/ early 19th C. cradle with oval head and footboard, loss and repairs, 36 3/4" l.; all pieces with wear consistent with age and use which can include loss, damages and repairs, sold as-is.
