Early 19th C. diminutive chest of drawers, figured maple, four drawers of graduated size, carved apron, bracket feet, back of interior top drawer pen inscribed "For James Hull Aiken/This bureau was bought by his great grandfather Ansel Hungerford in 1818", front right foot with veneer loss, loosened oblong top, isolated checking, back feet reinforced with later corner blocks, knob detached but included, 26 5/8" h. x 23 3/4" w. x 12 7/8" d.
