Eldred Wheeler bonnet top high chest, 20th C. reproduction, in two parts, broken arch bonnet top with three finials, eleven drawers total, label affixed to bottom of shallowest drawer, upper section with full cut bonnet top over three pinwheel carvings, fan carved center drawer flanked by shaped drawers over four long drawers, two "secret" drawers in opening inside bonnet, base with one shallow drawer over three deep drawers, center with fan carving, cabriole legs terminating in pad feet styled after pieces originally made in Whethersfield, CT, wear consistent with age and use, including some scratches to legs, etc. , 81 1/2" h. x 37 3/4" w. x 19 1/2" d.
