Five 19th C. hand-colored botanical engravings: the first depicting a large pink flower, published by S. Curtis and sculpted by Weddell, gilt frame, 9" h. x 5 1/4" w.; two similar sized images of delicate flowers in similar copper-colored wooden frames, inscribed on paper backing verso "From the Romance of Nature by Mrs. Charles Meredith Charles Tilt, London, 1836," each approximate ss: 6 3/4" h. x 4 3/4" w.; along with two images of fruit tree branches, on "Monseiur," and the other "Damas Violet," each in matching gilt frame, ss: 9 3/4" h. x 6 3/4" w., all pieces with expected wear including evidence of toning and foxing to paper, some wave, frames with surface scratching and sporadic finish loss.
