Five 20th C. bronzed bookends relating to William Shakespeare (English, 1564-1616), featuring Bradley & Hubbard, two pairs and one single: Bradley & Hubbard: pair Renaissance Revival bas relief bookends with Shakespearean quotes, first inscribed "One Touch of Nature Makes the Whole World Kin", (Troilus and Cressida, III, iii), the other "There''s a Divinity that Shapes our Ends, Rough-hew them as we will" (Hamlet, V, ii); single bookend with full relief bust of poet bearing plaque "Shakespeare", scattered surface wear to face and head, all with B&H stamps; and unmarked pair bookends showing bard in bas relief, "Shakespeare" in raised lettering, 6" h., expected wear throughout.
