[Jaques was involved in the early 20th C. American Etching Revival]; Dorothy Woollard (British, 1886-1986), Breton village scene, medieval buildings, woman with sabots, and horse-drawn carriage in foreground, illegible signature in plate LL, pencil signature LL, loss to frame especially UR corner, ss: 7 1/2" h. x 7 1/4" w.; Eugene P. Metour (American, d. 1929) "The Tenement Stairs, North Adams", 1923, long narrow exterior staircase with drying laundry lines, titled, dated, and signed in plate LR, pencil signed LL, some mat burn, water damage to mat especially L and R corners, ss: 11 1/4" h. x 7 7/8" w.; along with German etching, side profiles of two shaggy pointers, one with open mouth, illegible pencil signature LR, mat burn and foxing, ss: 9 3/4" h. x 13" w., all matted and framed behind glass, none examined out of frame.
