Four works by Vincent Canadé (Italian - American, 1879-1961): oil on panel, "Still Life, Study of Apples on a Plate" depicting bright yellow apples with pink blush resting on cerulean blue plate, some writing verso, bears plaque with artist's name, title of work, donor, and accession number, not examined out of frame, ss: 7 1/4" h. x 9 1/2" w.; unframed oil on panel depicting tumble of apricots, apples, and blue-green pears in landscape, some writing verso including "#214", chipped edges and paint loss especially top edge and LL corner, as: 9 1/2" h. x 13 1/4" w.; oil on panel depicting peaches, florescent green apples, and shriveled dates, craquelure, tiny puncture UR corner, ss: 7 1/2" h. x 14 1/4" w.; along with oil on artist's board depicting glossy, scarlet-streaked conch framed by black and gray mussel shells, some writing verso including "#224", some isolated paint chipping, craquelure, ss: 7 3/4" h. x 15 1/2" w., neither examined out of frame.
