French Sceaux Faience porcelain tea set, late 19th C., six pieces, all with decorated with green garlands surrounding a central rondel with cherubic scenes in Rose Pompadour grisaille, some with rose form finials, green glazed maker's mark "SX", pieces include: chocolate pot with chipped cover; lidded jar with pierced inset; oversized teacup with vine handle; small pitcher with metal hinge and thumb rest; covered sugar with finial; and small plate, 7" diam., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use including scattered chips and rubbing, sold as is.
