A.G., Berlin as published by Malik-Verlag, Berlin, with full margins, matted and framed behind glass, not examined out of frame, ss: 11 3/4" h. x 8 3/8" w. [From the Samuel Magdoff Collection. After serving as an Army captain during WWII, Magdoff pioneered connecting art and animation technology as President of Elektra Films in New York. He was President of the Film Producers Association of New York, and a member of the Art Directors Club. Magdoff went on to be the Associate Dean of Continuing Education at the Parsons School of Design. He died in 2006 at the age of 90.]
