Harrison Cady (American, 1877- 1970), color illustration of animals fishing, pen and watercolor on paper, signed LR, depicts a chipmunk, raccoon, rabbit, tortoise, frog, and bugs fishing on the riverbank, dedicated LL, some rippling/discoloration, not examined out of frame, ss: 9" h. x 9" w. [Harrison Cady personally gifted these pieces to his friends Clayton and Ethelbelle Craig, who visited him at his home and are the grandparents of the current owner. Many illustrations gifted are originals created for Thorton W. Burgess's "The Crooked Little Path" (1949).]
