Hepplewhite revolving sewing or work stand, c. 1800, molded triangular top with six open wells including three long, deep, and slanted as well as three shallow corner wells, conforming short drawers under each corner well and faux drawer fronts under each deep compartment, turned baluster form standard, fluted tripod base with brass-capped castors, beaded drawers with wooden knobs, comes with orange, beige, and brown tasseled key, expected wear including scattered surface loss most notably to small section of bead trim at top, one repaired area at underside, approximately 34" h. x 24 1/2" w. square.
