Description:

John Vivolo (American, 1886-1987), two polychrome sculptures, carved and painted wood with mixed media elements, the first depicts man on brown and white horse with red lantern, bow and rifle, 19" h.; the second depicts man seated on yellow chair with hat, detached metal pinwheel, 15" h.; wear consistent with age, including damage to tip of hat and right hand on man in chair, damage to bow and right hand on man with horse, etc.
