Katherine T. Hooper Prescott (American, 1851-1926), early 20th C. white plaster bust of "Lucy", young girl with hair pulled back in loose chignon, inscribed along base of pedestal "She Dwelt Among the Untrodden Ways", from eponymous poem by William Wordsworth (British, 1770-1850), illegibly inscribed along back, some surface marks and areas of discoloration, 19 3/4" h. x 13 3/4" w. at shoulders. [De-accessioned from a Connecticut Museum]
