French Morbier time and double strike calendar wag-on-the-wall clock, c. 1840, 8 day, brass repoussé clock surround supported on ebonized wooden wall bracket, hand-painted grape clusters and wheat sheaves to face and pendulum, white enameled dial plate with Roman numerals, brass and crescent moon hands, all original, comes with two weights, very fine condition, minor paint loss, bent components, expected surface wear including scratch to face, face measures 16 1/2" h., pendulum measures 42 3/4" l.
