Six 19th C. inkwells, including: one "Williams' Black Ink" inkwell, brown glazed stoneware, labeled "Williams' Black Ink, Gives a glossy black at once, and flows freely. Geo. W. Williams & Co., Hartford, Conn.", wear with age, scratches and staining on paper label, 2 1/4" h., two black stoneware inkwells, one with three holes and a round shape, the other one hole and square shape, both have chips and scratches, with wear to glaze, 1 1/4" h, three pottery inkwells, one with three holes and a dark grey glaze, one with two holes and dark brown glaze, and one with one hole and light grey glaze and slight cone shaped top, all three have chips, scratches, and wear to glaze, 1 1/2"-2" h.

Shipping is handled by the Wallingford UPS Store #2233, 203-949-0050 option 9 or [email protected], they will pick up your purchase form the gallery. We can also provide a list of area shippers, but keep in mind that the shipper will need to provide Winter Associates, Inc. with a bill of lading at the time of pickup.
