Small shrine, lacquer and gilt doors, opens to reveal figure of Amida Buddha flanked by two guardian figures, 4" h.; along with late 19th C. Chinese polychrome wooden figure of a seated official in courtly pose, broken feet, as is, 6 3/4" h.; and a Japanese 19th C. Meji period floral and bird decorated porcelain vase, inlaid with silver wire, some loss of enamel, 5" h. [Provenance: Deaccessioned from the Barnes Museum in Southington Connecticut]
