Three 20th C. works on paper: Mixed media portrait of woman seated in wooden chair, 1912, long black gown with green and pink floral details near bust, hair tied in black bow, monogrammed and dated in pencil upper left, framed behind glass, some foxing and discoloration to paper, not examined out of frame, ss: 22" h. x 17 3/4" w.; S. Erickson, watercolor on paper, pencil signed lower right, flower study depicting irises fragmented by vertical bands of pink and blue, frame shop business card attached verso, framed and matted behind glass, not examined out of frame: ss: 13 1/2" h. x 19" w.; and one by Phyllis Kindler (American, 1928-2010), "The Foothills," screenprint, ed. 10/14, signed in pencil lower right, stylized landscape with trees and hills in predominantly blue, yellow and green, framed and matted behind glass, expected wear, not examined out of frame, ss: 14 1/4" h. x 21 1/4" w., all pieces sold as found.
