Three works: two by Austin Briggs (Connecticut, 1909-1973), both mixed media on board, unframed: the first "The House of Mourlot," study for illustration depicting Parisian street scene with young female figure standing in front of a storefront with various art posters above, scattered pencil notations throughout including "Rue de Beaux Arts" LR monogrammed in LR of image, expected wear including some toning and discoloration to board, some bends to edges, overall 30" h. x 22" w.; the other "Untitled (Seven Containers of Color)" monogrammed LR, expected wear including rubbing of colors, discoloration to board, areas of tape residue, overall 22" h. x 30" w.; along with A. Derrick (20th C.), woodblock on paper, ed. 2/30, 1967, landscape depicting tall flowering grass with butterflies edition number, date and signature along lower margin, matted but unframed, expected wear including some waving and toning to paper, matting with signs of toning, ss: 12 1/2" h. x 9" w.
