TRIBAL: Hopi Pueblo, Arizona pottery bowl, possibly by Nampeyo, early 20th C., flattened disc shape with convex base, brown and black geometric decoration on white slip , accession number to base, with wire stand, wear and flea bites to rim, minor scratches and expected wear to finish, 3 1/4" h. (without base). [Provenance: De-accessioned from a Connecticut Museum. To the best of our knowledge, these pieces are as described, yet it is advisable that prospective buyers thoroughly examine each piece to verify its description.]
