Black Forest carvings including: bear puppet, figure of brown bear standing on hind legs with open painted mouth, appendages connected verso by string, black glass eyes, indistinct ink maker's mark verso, screw hook atop head, one leg and arm disconnected but included, old repair to one arm at wrist, tongue and nose chipped with loss at tips, surface scratching and nicks throughout, 12" h; along with carved bear music box coat hook, depicts bear sitting on log while playing the flute, legs consist of carved horns to form coat hooks, music box within body and accessible through back, key included, eye hook atop head, areas of surface scratching and nicks, loss to one ear, one leg hook with break (piece included), 14" h.
