Two 19th C. drawings and one photograph sold to benefit a New England Institution, all unframed, including: a pen and ink drawing depicting a coastal scene with sailing vessels and a fisherman with his nets on the foreshore, 12" x 15 1/4" w.; second a pencil drawing, 1860, depicting a path beside a wooded lake with a house in the distance, verso signed illegibly, possibly "M.Vantine", 5 3/4" h. x 7 1/4" w.; and last an early photograph by Rudolf Eickemeyer Jr., "The Sweet Potato Field", Mount Meigs, Alabama, photograph, c.1894 or later, mounted, wear consistent with age including surface loss and abrasion, ss: 6" h. x 8" w., mount: 9 3/4" h. x 12" w., all pieces with wear consistent with age and use and sold as is.
