Two European framed sketches: 19th C. English drawing of beached ship with broken mast and wreckage on shore, sepia and chalk on colored paper, possible illegible signature at lower left, framed and matted behind glass in newer frame, wear consistent with age including minor mat burn and foxing, 1/2" tear at upper center edge, not examined out of frame, sold as is, ss: 8 3/4" h. x 12 3/4" w.; frame size: 15" h. x 19" w.; and "Cathedral, Capital of Charlemagne", framed watercolor on paper, monogrammed "JB" on stone in picture at lower right, applied note attributes it to John Bell and gives location, depicts street view of row of townhouses with large domed cathedral in background, framed and matted behind glass, not examined out of frame, wear consistent with age and use including light toning, foxing, etc., sold as is, ss: 8" h. x 8" w.
