Two gilded china cabinet plates: 19th century, with blue printed maker's mark 'Rudolstadt / Germany' and painted blue beehive mark, inscribed in black 'Konigin Luise', depicting the young Queen Louise of Prussia with starred tiara and headscarf blowing in the wind, a single blonde curl resting on shoulder, within a polychrome and gilt-painted border, signed lower right 'Bock", scattered scratches, 9 1/2" diam.; and second with classic design of maiden and three putti cherubs in landscape, pink border with gilt accents, transferware with hand-painted embellishment, marked verso in green "Imperial Crown China Austira" around crown, impressed "1400" (and other marks impressed), 9 1/2" diam., both pieces with wear consistent with age and use.
