Two pieces by Kunisada Utagawa (Japanese, 1786-1865) Ukiyo-e woodblock prints, the first is actor Seki Sanjuro in a mirror frame, signed lower right corner, toshidama seal, framed and matted behind glass, paper label verso, wear consistent with age including discoloration and water stains on face, creases, waving of paper, ss: 15" h. x 9 1/4" w.; the second, woman by a ferry, signed lower right corner as Toyokuni Hitsu, toshidama seal, framed and matted behind glass, paper label verso, wear consistent with age, slight waving of paper, not examined out of frame, ss: 14" h. x 9 1/2" w.
