Two pieces of Dwight D. "Ike" Eisenhower (American, 1890-1969) ephemera including: four 6 cent stamps of Eisenhower framed in UR corner of certificate appointing Arthur E. Pepin Postmaster of Jewett City, Connecticut on August 6, 1957, signed by then President Eisenhower and Postmaster General Arthur E. Summerfield (American, 1899-1972), large mark LC, both framed under glass, not examined out of frame, ss: 16 1/4" w. x 13 3/8" l.; along with a 1952 postcard with personalized message from Eisenhower to Portland, Connecticut family encouraging them to vote in upcoming elections.
