Two ship models made by Robert G. Fairbank (Connecticut, 20th C.): first double-masted vessel "America" on detachable stand inscribed with ship's name, at least three areas of detached and damaged rigging, deck paint peeling, paper sails discolored and water-stained, 21 3/4" h. including base; along with American double-masted frigate on oval-shaped wooden stand, rudder detached but included, part of port side anchor housing broken, moderate damage and breakage to spars, masts, and rigging, 17 3/4" h.
