Utagawa Kunisada I (aka Toyokuni III, Japanese, 1786-1864), two 19th C. woodblock prints: first depicting woman (probably Iwai Shijaku) in long-sleeved kimono standing under cherry blossom tree, published by Tsutaya Kichizo (Koeido); second depicting sinister, long-haired woman emerging from tree stump, "Wood [ki]: Sawamura Tossho I as the Spirit of the Ink-dyed Cherry Blossoms" from the series "The Five Elements," published by Sanoya Kihei (Sanoki, Kikakudo) in 1840, both with some wrinkling, creases, fading, and tiny tears to margins, both measure ss: 14" h. x 10" w., both matted and framed behind glass, neither examined out of frame.
