Woman's portrait in the manner of André Derain (French, 1880-1954), late 19th c. to early 20th century, oil on board, no signature, on verso partial label headed with "Brooklyn Institute..." notes artist as "Derain" and title "Head" as well, owner, address, and date are torn from label, additional stickers "102" on top right corner on back, female head with brown eyes and long brown hair, not examined out of frame, frame not original, panel is bowed and experiencing loss due to rubbing from frame, 9" x 7 1/4".
